Can i put in a button right to my navigation menu in the header?

One more question - if allowed -: How can i add a mobile menu to tablet view?

In Customizer > Layout > Primary Navigation you can increase the Mobile Break Point to 1024px or whatever size you want the mobile menu to appear.
