Can I make a menu on the footer or footer bar as the top menu?

Hi GeneratePress team,
Can I make a menu on the footer or footer bar as the top menu?
That is, how can I create a menu that looks like the top menu (main menu) but is a different menu, and is in the footer or the footer bar?
It is that now you can check that it is in the footer bar but the appearance is not very pretty.

Hi there,
it would be possible IF you were NOT already using both the Primary and Secondary Navigation.
We could simply re-hook the secondary nav above the footer for example.
Can't make it mobile responsive but we could improve the layout if you wanted? Do you have any alternative ideas of how it should look ?
