Can I lose my information when I update the theme?

Hello, I have a question. Can I lose my news, information and all I have personalized (colour, tipografy, etc) when I update the theme?
I have design my pages with elementor page builder. Can I lose it too?

All of those are are saved in the database so that they will be saved over updates.
Only changes that you will lose is changes that you made to the theme's core files.

Ok, I haven’t change code, do you refer about it?
I have only made the changes that the theme allows me: write pages, notices, choose typografy and colours. So I understand that there isn’t any problem.
And what about plugins? I am worry because I have designed some pages with elementor page builder. Will plugins be ok when I update the theme?

When updating a theme in WordPress, nothing happens with the plugins, you can rest easy.
