Can I disable this?

Hi there,
I was looking around to enhance the speed and flow of my WP editor dashboard. I saw that these blocks belong to the theme: https://imgur.com/DgaiJEB
Can I disable them? Will it affect the frontend or the theme design if I disable them?

Hi there,
those are Theme Blocks that are part of WordPress core. They don't belong to GP :)
If you're not using them, then disable them, it won't affect the front end.
