Can I change the function of the Add to Cart button?

I have a product on my shop page that is not available yet, but I want to offer it as a pre-order to my customers. So, if a customer clicks on the "add to cart" button, I want to direct them to the Product Description page to explain some things, instead of adding the item to the cart.
Can I change that "add to cart" link for just one of my products? Thanks.

You will have to ask WooCommerce support for a functionality question like this.
GP's WooCommerce add-on simply styles it.
