[Support request] Can I change a current Twenty-Thirteen theme to GP Preium?

I am a registered GP Premium user. I have an old site that is cumbersome and would like to change the theme to GP Premium. Is this possible? What problems can I expect? MY GP Premium is 1.2.94. Need to update.

Hi there,

It should be an easy switch without problems.

Just activate GP theme and premium and all the posts/contents should carry over.

Definitely update to the newest premium 🙂

Let me know if you need more info and run into any issues.

Just a note that you will need to re-design the site using GP, but that should be the only necessary thing that comes from switching 🙂

Does that mean I’ll have to go in and change all the customization details? Can I expect to find that the photos, text, galleries, etc. may have shifted around? Is this a complicated job or just a tedious one?

Content will stay the same, but theme specific options will (obviously) change.

You can always switch back to Twenty Thirteen if you don’t like the results.
