Can I call/use a reusable block in a hook?

I want content to be appended to blog posts depending on their category. Are hooks the best way to accomplish this and can I call/use a reusable block in such a hook? Or is there a better method?

For example, via the link I shared, I want the "ARE YOU PLANNING YOUR WEDDING DAY?" section to appear on all blog posts within a wedding category.

Note: The link example is not GeneratePress, but rather the theme I'm planning to migrate from.
