Can I build blog main page like the example?

I am working on a site and have built a custom static homepage, I am working on blog page now.

I want to make it somewhat similar to tye example site.
Not completely but the area with "Most recent Posts"
"Discover the latest in..."

I want to make all the category looks in gride views similarly the example site.

Hi there,

yes you can use the Free WP Show Posts plugin to create multiple lists, and then add them to a static home page.
