Can Generatepress pro be setup without a page builder

I was wondering if there is a way to set my website up without a page builder. I would like to be able to remove some plug-ins to help with my loading speed. Your help is appreciated.

All the sites under the Standard filter are built with Gutenberg editor and GenerateBlocks only.
