can you tell me if i can get the same rendering (like home page and category https://seletos.com.br/tecnologia/ ) with generatepress + generateblock or generatpress + Wp show post

Yes that is possible. Today with WP Show Post it would require custom development to achieve that style. When we release GB Query Loop though, you should be able to achieve that from within the editor :)
