Can abstract from the site library be in color?

Hey there. I'm trying to decide what to use for my new website. I like the layout of abstract but I'm curious if I could use color pics or does the theme automatically change everything to black and white? Thanks for your help!

You can change any color of the site as you wish, no need to worry about the colors :)
