Buenas, me gustaría cambiar las etiquetas del blog de H2 a H3.
hay algun codigo para functions.php para introducirlo con code snippets

We don't have a filter for this - <h2> for blog titles on the blog/archive page is very standard practice.
The only workaround solution I can think of is to create your own content template:
