Caching Problems

Hi guys,
My website is loading very slowly sometimes. So I asked my developer (he's also my provider) if he could figure out what the problem is.
He said that there is something with the caching. The server side caching doesn't work for my website but for other clients it does work.
So he looked through the GeneratePress template and I needed to ask you guys if there are some constraints in the template that disable the server-side caching technology (or something)?

No - there is nothing like this built-in in GP.
