    Hi guys.
Hope you’re all keeping well. Can I get some advice?
I’m trying to tidy up some fails I’m seeing using webpagetest.org.
I have browser caching enabled using WP Fastest cache. I understand that tidies up Javascript.
There’s a few GP related ones in there.
    FAILED – (No max-age or expires) – wp-content/themes/generatepress/js/menu.min.js?ver=2.4.2
    FAILED – (No max-age or expires) – wp-content/themes/generatepress/js/navigation-search.min.js?ver=2.4.2
    FAILED – (No max-age or expires) – wp-content/themes/generatepress/js/back-to-top.min.js?ver=2.4.2

    Hi there,

This is something your hosting should be able to help you with. Here’s a reference article: https://kinsta.com/blog/leverage-browser-caching/

    Thanks Tom.
I had presumed that my caching plugin would have added these expires headers.
I put in the request here as the only ones I could see referenced the GP theme css.
As a rule I avoid touching the htaccess rules myself, as I don’t trust my dodgy eyes.

Good hosting support should be able to do it all for you 🙂
