I’m trying to reduce an image size and the buttons that allow you to drag it to a smaller size are not there. I’ve noticed this started happening a couple of days ago with different pages/images. Also, when I highlight the image, the image size option where you can add dimensions is no longer there.

    Hi Cindy,

To clarify, what Image Block are you using? Is it a WP Image Block or a GB Image Block. For reference, here is what they look like:

    WP Image Block: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2NumwQk6

    GB Image Block: https://share.getcloudapp.com/P8uQ5KdA

Moreover, to clarify, when the Block settings of either Block is open on your end, may we know if you’re not seeing the same settings for the image dimensions? Perhaps you can take a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

Kindly let us know. Hope to hear from you soon.

Here’s an article with regards to adding screenshots: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-premium-support-forum/#uploading-screenshots

I think you’re using the WP Image Block. GeneratePress has no control over this, and there is no code in GP that should cause that setting to not appear.

Do you have custom functions? Have you made any changes prior to it not appearing?

Can you you try #1 here?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It would be good to take a backup of your site before doing so.

Alternatively, if you have GenerateBlocks plugin, you can use a GB Image Block instead.

Kindly let us know how it goes.
