Buttons neither align center nor fills horizontal space on tablet and mobile

Hello
I'm trying to center align buttons made using generateblocks. they are aligned left on desktop then explicitly set to align center on tablet and mobile. upon rendering tablet or mobile view, they are not aligning properly. i also tried filling space horizontally but even that doesn't seems to work on tablet and mobile but desktop. What could be the issue here?

this is a question for GenerateBlocks support - before posting there, first make sure you have set: Stack Vertically for Tablet and Mobile.
