Buttons in Sticky Header

Hi there, I've got two buttons in my header and when scrolling they disappear. How can I make the entire header fixed/sticky on scroll? The contact us button is actually running an aWeber script which I've put in the before header content hook. (not working either) I'd like to have the sticky menu fixed, and not move around on scrolling too. Thanks so much.

I would try adding the button using the generate_inside_navigation hook: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/generate_inside_navigation/
