hi there!
for a new website, I would like have a fixed buttons to right, like this site:

I was thinking of coding, but maybe you can give me another solution? :)

Custom coding is definitely needed for something like that especially if you want it to slide in and out.
Maybe try finding some sort of popup form plugin that might have this option?
