Button with affiliate link not linking properly

Hello - I created a CTA reusable button for affiliate links that I can embed in my posts. The problem is when I include the affiliate link in the button for some reason when clicked the link does not link to the affiliate directly but to the post URL + the affiliate link see below:

Can you try adding https://www. to your affiliate link?
