Button Not Working

I have added a button to my page and it will not open. It's like the button is dead, i mouse appears when hover but when clicked it does nothing. I have deleted all my plugins and still nothing.

Your site is under maintenance mode so we can't see the issue.
Can you disable that for us to take a look?

Are you talking about the Apply Online Now! button?
If so there is no link added to the button itself.
