Button - No Follow option

Hey GP team,
I am trying to make my buttons NoFollow links without having to manually do it in HTML. I found a topic from August 3, 2021 "Adding Link to Button" that had the same question. However, when I follow the instructions (see below) it doesn't work for me. Specifically, when I click the three dots it gives me these options:
-Hide More Settings
-Copy
-Duplicate
-Move To
-Edit as HTML
-Remove Button
Please note that when I am adding a link to regular text, the NoFollow option appears. It's just for buttons where I can't seem to find it. HELP!

Hi there,
first make sure you're using a GenerateBlocks Buttons block.
Once you add a button and give it a link, then below the link field the rel options will appear.
Hmm I have Generate Blocks activated. Not sure what I am doing wrong
