Button keeps appearing after deleting

Hi, I am using the Donate theme from the site library. On the home page, I deleted some default buttons but they keep popping up after some time.
An example is https://heydawne.com/teachers/
I deleted those blue buttons multiple times before.
Please help, thank you.
Hi there,
Go to the block editor and make sure you delete the "Buttons" block and not just the "Button" block.
