Button hover effect not working

Hi everyone,
In the page linked below, I have a button on Home Loans blue container.
It is ignoring the hover color change!
I did have the container with a link, and I thought perhaps the button was being ignored due to the container having the link, but I removed the link from the container and added it to the button, but still no change.
Any thoughts ?

Further info, I duplicated the button, and moved it to another location to test, and the hover works fine!

Thanks for getting back...
I think I have found the issue, I removed the main container in question and I'm rebuilding that section of the home page on another page, as I have to go live with this site in the next couple of days.
I think for some reason that section got in a mess.
I'll post back if I need further assistance - sorry to bother!
