[Support request] Button Hover color stops working

I noticed that after a button is clicked, the hover color no longer works. I’m not using a page builder – just GeneratePress premium and Gutenburg. Is this by design? It would be nice to at least keep the hover color working or be able to introduce a “visited” color. Is there a way to add this?
