Button attaching with each other

The columns block and WP buttons block are WP core blocks, GP has no control over them.

As you are using GenerateBlocks, why not create this layout using a Gridblock and GB's buttonsblock?

Then you will have full control on paddings/margins on mobile.

Looking at the page, it seems that the Buttons are still not built inside a Grid Block.

As mentioned by Ying, you may place the buttons inside a Grid Block and modify the vertical or horizontal gap of the Containers on specific views.

As shown in the example, I selected mobile view and added a 20px vertical gap to implement spacing on my buttons.
