But I had difficulties with the output of the blog template.
Namely, when choosing the type of content, the excerpt, when setting a specific number of words ... nothing happens.
Help please solve my problem.

Are you using the more tag? https://docs.generatepress.com/article/using-the-more-tag/
WordPress strips all HTML in excerpt, since the styles are showing in the page, it's likely that more tag is being used.
