Bullet List Items Indentation/text wrapping

Hi,

When I create a bullet list using Elementor, the text becomes aligned with the bullet point instead of the line above it, example below.

● Quality of hire – how do you measure the performance
of new hires
● Failure rate – how do you define a hiring failure
● Acceptance rate – how many high calibre candidates
declined an offer
● Vacancy days – how much revenue is lost due to unfilled positions

How do I make the list to look like this?
