Bullet issue

Hello,
I've been encountering an issue with bullet forms where I find a space between the bullet and the text as headlines. the text always shows below the bullet. This happens when I assign a headline to the text (H2 or H3). When I leave the text normal, everything works well. See the link below for the image concerning the issue.
I've thought at the beginning the cause might be due to a page builder that I use, but I face the same issue when I use WordPress. Can you help me, please

This CSS is causing the issue, but with cache plugin activated I can't see where it is coming from.

Could you deactivate your cache plugin and clear cache, then we'll have another look.

It's from thrive visual editor.
Go to the plugin and check the settings.
