Build a webpage that shows data.

Hello. This might be out of topic but wanted to know the direction to study.

I wanna include a page that shows some useful data for marketing.

1. I firlst have to get the data from various sources.
2. I will have to make the algorithm to make a new data.
3. I will show it on the page.
ex) Keyword Searching volume.

How can I do this on Wordpress?
make a page on wordpress (front end)
Add a page in the FTP (back end)
For wordpress, I must use php?
I can't use java language?

I don't have much knowledge about this.
