Bug with background image when scrolling...

Hello,
please take a look at the following page. After refreshing, if you scroll down, the background image moves weirdly and displays a different section of the image. It is reproducible and happens after every refresh.
Any ideas?

Can you try disabling parallel effect first and see if it fixes it?
