BUG in the editor: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.

Hello,
I have just updated to GP 3.2.2 and I am experiencing a new bug in the Gutenberg editor.
I have a few posts, with just the standard WP paragraph element. When I open the editor to edit a post, sometimes (randomly) when I click on a paragraph it reads: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.
In the front-end everything works fine, and if i reload the editor this message disappear. Then, when I click on a paragraph again, it shows the same error (as I said, only some of the times). In the code editor, I can see that the paragraph is a standard one, with no customization. The posts are standard to, nothing particular.
I have disabled ALL the plugins and the problem persisted. Then I have tried a different theme and the bug wasn't there anymore.
I have already cleaned the cache. The problem really seem to be GP 3.2.2
Thanks!
UPDATE: I have reinstalled the previous version and the bug is still there, so it is not 3.2.2
Anyway, when I try the theme Twenty Twenty-Three the bug is gone (even with all my plugins activated).
With gp, the editor keeps giving me that error
So, to sum-up my troubleshooting, I have:
Cleared the cache
Disabled all plugins
Created a new dummy post (only paragraphs)
The bug in the editor is still present: This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.
With Twenty Twenty-Three I don't get this error.
(This bug is happening also in another website I have, with GP)
