[Bug] Element background color overlay bar on Firefox

See the image below. Element background color overlay bar is a bit messed up. Tested on Firefox. Works fine on Chrome. GP3 beta 2 and GPP 1.12.0-rc.1 also have this issue.

Are you seeing that with all other plugins disabled?

Yes, all plugins deactivated. It happens with all element color palettes. On Firefox only. Very strange. Tried it on a private window as well with browser addons de-activated.
