Bug? Automatic scrolling

Hi Tom,
I am creating new page with GP and I find this interesting thing. When you go to page:
http://test.adamzatopek.cz/wp_palivaenergo/automaticke-kotle/benekov-zabreh-sumperk-hanusovice/ or etc page.
Its my test page. Scroll to logo or little down and you can see interesting thing, page automatic scrolling up. I go to source code and screen this.

Is it possible there is a bug with sticky navigation? It will maybe help you. If you think, that is not problem with GP or GP Premium tell me and I will look for my bug.

And i am using Chrome and ive applied zoom to my page (90%).
Can't get it to happen on your site, but I have seen it happen before. I believe it's caused by the spacer which is added when the navigation becomes sticky to prevent the page jump. I'll play with it a bit tonight :)
But it happen when zoom page with browser. When page automatic scrolling, i cant select element. Thank you for your helping.

I ended up re-writing the entire "no transition" sticky script.
