browser problems - different browsers

Hi guys,
i have a problem that my website looks different in different browsers.
https://naturheilpraxisteneriffa.com/psychische-therapien/
in brave browser there is a background picture on the top, in google chrome and firefox it is not.
do you have any idea what could be the problem?
in the above link there should be on the top a big orange picture with an eye and the text: Ängste - Depressionen - Lebenshilfe
in the chrome and firefox browser i can see only the text not the background picture.

Hi Thomas,
Your site looks the same when viewed on either Brave or Chrome from my end.
It seems to be a caching issue. Try adding ?nocache at the end of your URL to test this.
Example: https://naturheilpraxisteneriffa.com/psychische-therapien/?nocache
With that said, try clearing all caching mechanisms set on your site.

i have wp-rocket running so i am cleaning all cache and then it should work.
