[Support request] Browser Crashes with Customizer & Dashlane Firefox Addon

Hi,

I have an issue on Firefox, Dashlane, and GP Customizer!

I’m using firefox and Dashlane addon installed.

When I open GP Premium customizer, the browser starts freezing and crashes, and most of the time I need to restart my iMac.

Before freezing, firefox says, “Dashlane” is making the issue. If I disable the addon, then there is no issue!

Same issue existing on all GP projects.

Does anyone face the same issue and any solution?

We haven’t had this issue reported before unfortunately.

Sounds like this is something Dashlane will have to fix though.

I can confirm this happens with Chrome as well. It’s not a GP issue, it’s a Dashlane issue. It happens in multiple themes, not just GP.

Happens to me too in Chrome. I just turn Dashlane off while I am editing a website. A pain, but it works.
