Broken Mobile Menu and Search Bar

Hi,
Currently, on my site - https://publicresponse.com - the mobile menu does not open up anymore, and the search box no longer appears (on desktop or mobile) when clicking on the magnifying class.
I know they both used to work, so I have a feeling that a GP update broke them both. I went back and tried to replace some of the javascripts from previous versions, and I got things to "half work", but not completely. So I undid my changes, and now am working with all of the most recent scripts.
I have also poked around the CSS and have had no luck figuring it out.
Could you please take a look when you have a chance, and let me know if you have any ideas?

can you try clearing and disabling your cache plugin and let us know.
Done!
And now it looks like it works...
Should I re-enable Fastest Cache and see if it still works? Or is there some known issue?

Re-enable it and if the problem returns check the Fastest Cache settings and disable Minify/Combine Javascript if that option exists.
