Broken image no appears in mobile version from Hooks elements

Hi,
In the After Header Content section I put this hook:

I have it in several domains and I have verified that it is not seen on mobile devices, a broken image icon appears.
The mobile header option is off.
How could I fix it?

It's weird, I just came in and it looks. Not yesterday. For example, they appeared as some images that appear on this page:

Some broken images appear from the Chrome of my Android.

I'm not noticing any issues on my devices, either.
One thing I am noticing is the file name has special characters in it - maybe try removing those.
