Broken icon of logo on menu

I'm creating a test site and the site identity logo, which was fine on the original site, show a broken icon and has the name of the site, even thought I have hide site title checked (and when turned on, it shows the name double). And it matches the old site that is not a problem. Can you please help? Thanks!
