Broadcast Theme - Editing Sidebar Content on Post Page(s)

I feel very lousy for having to ask this, but I could not find the answer in my research and I have been unable to figure it out all of last night and this morning. How do I replace the "Style Guide" sidebar widget just above the Recent Posts. These are both displaying in the left sidebar.
Hi there,
you should find it in Customizer > Appearance > Widgets --> Left Sidebar. You can simply delete it or edit the HTML.
