Breadcrumbs to reflect menu structure not page hierachy

As suggested, I'm using Yoast to display breadcrumbs but this displays them as per the page hierarchy.
My hierarchy is flat and my website reasonably well established so I do not want to change the hierarchy.
I use the menu structure to reflect the hierarchy I want.
How can I get the breadcrumbs to reflect the menu structure rather than the page hierarchy?

thats outside of the Themes control, you will need to speak with Yoast support to implement those changes ( if its even possible ).
