is it possible to create a breadcrumb menu with schema.org without plugin, for getting rich results by google?

Unfortunatly I’m not aware of a solution for this. You can consider posting the question WP general forum like Stack as it’s not a GP-specific question: https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/

Breadcrumbs are normally handled by SEO plugins so that might be the best way if you aren’t familiar with creating a custom solution.
