    Hi,
    I have a problem with breadcrumb on the product page. The product category is not found (wrong – it’s present) and the user goes to the 404 page

    Can you help me?

    Hi Michele,

    This wouldn’t be a theme issue as the breadcrumbs are coming from WooCommerce itself.

    I would recommend going through some basic debugging tips like disabling all plugins except GP Premium and WooCommerce to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere.

    If that doesn’t help then I would recommend checking with WooCommerce’ support team to see if they can offer some pointers.

    Hi Leo,
    I deactivated all the plugins one by one and the issue is on GP Premium plugin. I deactivated your plugin last, so I’m almost sure the problem is there.

    I don’t believe GP is capable of causing this issue – we haven’t had any other reports on this either.

    Can you try resaving the permalink settings first?

    If that doesn’t work, then try deactivating the WooCommerce module in GP Premium:
