bread crumbs and yoast

Hello Tom,
I'm trying to follow different feeds for how to get yoast breadcrumbs to work with GP.
I want to have bread crumbs on the entire site - posts, pages, and categories.

Am I suppose to also use PHP?
What PHP and where?

Tom very helpful!
I was able to get the code to add bread crumbs, but now on every category I have in my menu I get an extra home in the bread crumb.

For instance
Home » Home » Poultry
Home » Home ( my home page is the posts)
Home » Home » Everything Dexter

Any idea the cause or a fix?

Hmm, I'm not sure - you might want to ask in the Yoast support forum to see if the developer has any ideas.
