Ok, I started a new topic in support where you can reply to me and I put something online to show you: you can take a look here http://woocommerce-40170-85060-236608.cloudwaysapps.com/senza-argomento/welcome-to-cloudways/ for example.
Now the padding is applied also to the header and the primary navigation above the header following your previous instructions here.

The padding should be applied instead only to the secondary navigation below the header, the content area and the footer.
