where does the advert come from ? Is it an ad provider like Google Ads, MediaVine etc.

Yeah, It may be an Adsense ad or it may be a specific banner ad through link insertion.

You can add the ads/content via a GP hook element or a GP block element - hook, choose after_footer as hook name.

Once it's done, we can take a look at your site and provide CSS to make it sticky to the bottom.
