Border Opacity Problem

Hi!

I love Generatepress but I have a problem.
I'm trying to set a column with a blue background with 85% opacity and put a white border with 40% opacity.
But the white border turn to take the background color, in this case blue, when it's not at 100% opacity.
So the white border looks more like blue than white...

I'm not sure if i'm clear?

You may need to use outline instead of border: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9102900/css-outside-border
