Bold letters in the preview

Hello,
For a reason I can't understand, there is only the preview article in the image below which show up bold letters as in the full article. Other articles, even if they have bold letters in the first sentences, doesn't show same bold letters when scrolling the exerpts of the article (the preview). Why this?

WordPress removes all HTML in excerpt by default which includes links, font-weight etc.
The one with the bold letter is likely using the custom excerpt metabox.

If i did it once, would it be possible to do it twice? ;-)
I mean, what is metabox, and how should I use it in order to have the same result to other articles too?
I have to say, is's eye appealing.
So there are possible ways to keep the HTML in the excerpt:
