Body Text Size

I am able to change the size of the headings but not the body text. Even though I change it in customize, the size doesn't change. Also how do I make the top bar contained instead of full width as the rest of the page is. I don't seem to have anything in customize for the top bar other than to add widgets.
Hi there,
1. Font size - can you disable Autoptimize so we can see where the body text styling is coming from.
2. Top Bar - go to Customizer > Layout > Top Bar and change the Container width.
1. I have disabled Autoptimize.
2. That is where I expected it to be but there is n "top bar" under layout. I am using the pro version of Generatepress.
1. Can you also disable WP Fastest Cache and any other caching plugin you are using?
2. I don't see a top bar currently. The options will show if you add a widget inside the top bar widget area.
The existing red bar isn't GP's top bar.
I have deactivated the catching plugins.
Body text font is controlling by this CSS currently:

I believe it's from this plugin:
