[Support request] Body image not showing

Trying to reinstate a body image on my of the sites I manage but I cannot get it to work. The source shows body {background-image: url(http://www.xxxxxx.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/Gallery/Front/DSC_4875%20(Medium).jpg); background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: 100% auto; } and direct link to jpg works. I have tried disabling plugins but still cannot seem to get it to work. Does anyone have suggestions?

Looks like it’s having an issue with the (Medium) part of the URL – particularly the brackets.

Can you try renaming the file to not include brackets?
