Body background color setting possible bug with rgba value input

I tried to set the body background color use rgba value. It saves the setting but then when I go out and back to the setting it is back to the old value. When I enter a hex value it saves and keeps the setting. The other background settings (for ex content) do not have this issue, I set a rgba color value there and it retains the setting.

it is a known bug , its milestoned for a patch in the next GP update.
Oke clear. Is there a page with all known bugs in the current release? I tried to find it..
